About the Role We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor + Motion Graphics Designer to produce engaging video content for digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for storytelling, visual aesthetics, and motion design, with the ability to transform raw footage into compelling marketing and promotional videos. Key Responsibilities Edit and create videos for advertisements. Design high-quality motion graphics, animated titles, transitions, and visual effects. Create engaging reels, short-form videos, and digital marketing content. Collaborate with scriptwriters, designers, and the marketing team to deliver impactful videos. Enhance videos with music, sound effects, color correction, and basic audio editing. Ensure all content meets brand guidelines and quality standards. Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines. Required Skills Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and Adobe After Effects. Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Understanding of motion graphics, typography, animation, and visual storytelling. Experience in color grading, transitions, and sound synchronization. Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills. Confident negotiation and persuasion abilities. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup. A professional, accountable, target-driven attitude. Language Skills Strong spoken and written English and Hindi required. Additional regional languages are a plus. Preferred Academic Background (not mandatory) Mass Communication, Journalism, English, Advertising and Media Studies, or Communication Management.
