These terms govern your use of AdsDial. By creating an account or ordering a service you agree to them.

Services

AdsDial provides ad production services (scripts, voiceovers, video editing, jingles, 3D & motion) and a marketplace connecting brands with vetted creators. Scope, price and delivery time are shown before you pay.

Payments

Prices are displayed up front and charged via Razorpay. Where applicable, an advance is collected before production begins and the balance before final, watermark-free files are released.

Deliverables & ownership

On full payment you receive commercial usage rights to your deliverables and keep your raw files. Watermarked previews are provided before final payment.

Revisions

Each service includes a defined number of revisions (shown on the service page). Additional revisions may incur a fee.

Acceptable use

You agree not to submit unlawful, infringing or hateful content, and not to misuse the platform or other users' work.

Liability

AdsDial provides services on a commercially reasonable-effort basis and is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant project.
