Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your AdsDial project. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations apply.

Before production starts

If you cancel before we begin work on your brief, you receive a full refund of any advance paid, minus payment-gateway charges where non-refundable.

During production

Once a writer, artist or editor has started, the advance covers work in progress and is non-refundable. You can still pause or adjust scope by talking to us.

After delivery

If the final deliverable materially differs from the approved brief, we will revise it free of charge. Refunds after delivery are considered case by case where we cannot resolve the issue through revisions.

How refunds are issued

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay within 5–7 business days.
