Shipping & Delivery Policy

AdsDial provides digital ad-production services (scripts, voiceovers, video edits, jingles, 3D & motion) and a marketplace connecting brands with creators. All deliverables are digital — there is no physical shipment, and therefore no shipping charges.

How deliverables are delivered

Completed files and previews are delivered electronically through your AdsDial account dashboard (download links) and/or by email/WhatsApp to the contact on your order. You can re-download your final files from your project at any time after full payment.

Delivery timeline

Each service shows its estimated turnaround before you pay (for example, many services are delivered within 48 hours of brief approval). Timelines begin once the brief is approved and any required advance is paid. Complex projects or additional revisions may extend the timeline; we keep you updated through the project chat.

Watermarked previews & final release

Where applicable, watermarked previews are shared for your review before final payment. Final, watermark-free deliverables with commercial usage rights are released electronically once the balance payment is completed.

Delivery confirmation & access issues

Delivery is considered complete when the deliverable is made available in your account/dashboard or sent to your registered email. If you cannot access or download a delivered file, contact us and we will re-share it promptly.

International delivery

As all services are delivered digitally over the internet, they are available to customers in India and internationally with no difference in delivery method.
